·        Started preparing innovative lesson plan and teaching aids.

Special Responsibilities undertaken:

·        Introduced creative ideas to teach English.

·        Conducted Remedial classes for weak students of 8th standard.

Difficulties Faces/ how you managed the situation?

But I managed the teaching by proper planning and time management. I am planning to do something creative.

Areas that require further improvement:

Ø  I should improve my pronunciation.

Ø  I should be little more creative in taking classes.

Ø  Should prepare good teaching aids.
